About Amy Elaine

Amy Elaine Jones is the founder and CEO of SynthGenerate, an independent software and intelligent-systems company based in Ohio.

Amy brings 17 years of experience as a registered nurse and continues to practice while expanding her work into technology. Through independent study and hands-on work, she is building her skills in software development, modern AI systems, and business leadership.

SynthGenerate is a young, founder-led company exploring practical ways for people and intelligent systems to work together. Amy leads product development, technical direction, testing, and release decisions. As the company develops its engineering practices and lays the technical foundation for future work, she keeps it focused on useful design, privacy, security, and preserving human agency.

Its broader goal is straightforward: to build useful technology that takes advantage of what intelligent systems can do while keeping human judgment and responsibility at the heart of human-AI collaboration.
